C&C Forest Products Tracts 1 & 2

The C & C Forest Products offering consists of 1,225 +/- acres of investment grade timberland in two tracts located in Cleveland County, Arkansas. Both parcels consist of mixed age, predominately loblolly pine stocking with significant pine log classification volumes. The property is positioned in close proximity to mills and several large logging operations.

In this brochure we will refer to the eastern tract as Tract #1 which is 336.24 +/- acres, and is located just west of the community of Rowell. Tract #1 has great access with Rowell Road bisecting the central portion of the property. The western tract will be referred to as Tract #2 and consists of 860 +/- acres and is located just west of the community of Calmer. Tract #2 is accessed from an improved gated timber company road that is just off Arkansas State Highway 114.
