The Spencer Farmland Auction will offer 153.959 +/- acres as two individual tracts, 2.5 miles southwest of Lerna, Illinois. The farm is comprised of both row crop and pasture acres with the balance in wooded draws. There are no buildings and open tenancy for the 2026 crop year.
Tract 1: 109.042 +/- acres
Tract 2: 44.917 +/- acres
The farm will be offered via a timed online only auction with a soft close for each tract on November 7th. Bidding will be available at firstmidag.bidwrangler.com or through First Mid Ag Services’ mobile app beginning October 24th.
