This is a moderately irregular shaped property that has about 2,202 feet of frontage on County Road 176. It is currently used for rice farming and it is served with water from the LCRA canal system. It would make a great bird hunting property since it is located in the prairie west of Garwood which is a primary migratory bird flight area in Southeast Texas.
