Access is woods roads from a gated (Weyerhaeuser) gravel road. Terrain is primarily flat; Martin Creek and branches thereof cross the tract. Pine site index averages ninety (90) feet (base age 50) on Guyton, Pheba-Savannah, Smithton-Pheba, and Amy silt soils. Timber consists of native pine and hardwood. Tract offers great hunting / recreation and timberland investment opportunity.
