The auction will take place at 10:00 AM and to be held at the Yale Community Building in Yale, Iowa. Both tracts are nearly 100% tillable or every acre is income producing. Tract 1 will be sold as 40 acres m/l and consists of 39.17 FSA tillable acres with a CSR2 of 87.8. Tract 2 will be sold as 133.57 acres m/l and consists of 115.06 FSA tillable acres with a CSR2 of 86.8.
