FREESTALL BARNS:
Ten - 100' x 670' freestall barns designed for 700 cows each. There are a total of 6,720 lockups and 6,336 sand-bed freestalls. The original 3 barns were constructed in 2001, with two barns added in 2008, and the five final barns added in 2018.
OPEN LOTS:
3 concrete feed lanes with open lots. Total of 5,360 cow-sized stanchions along these lanes. Eight pens are situated along the westernmost feed lane which contains 2,640 - 5/10 size stanchions. These pens also have cattle shades. The middle lane contains 2,410 - 5/10 size locks as well as 300 - 6/10 size locks and 20 pens. The easterly feed lane contains 46 pens primarily for heifer production. These pens contain guardrail windbreaks. The west side of this lane is all rail and cable while the east side contains 10 - 5/10 size locks, 455 - 7/10 size locks, and 184 - 8/10 size locks. The remainder of the lane is currently cable space but is constructed to allow for the installation of additional lock-ups. All of the pens contain freeze-proof water troughs.
SUPPORT STRUCTURES:
One - 50' x 130' commodity barn with 80' X 100' concrete apron. Three hay barns. One mico-nutrient building and shop.
IRRIGATION EQUIPMENT:
One - 18-Tower Zimmatic center pivot, One - 19-Tower Valley pivot, and Three - 7-Tower pivots. Approximately 24 water wells serving the dairy irrigated farmland were reported to produce approximately 100 GPM each. Lagoon water is utilized for irrigation as well.
DWELLINGS:
Residential dwellings on the property include a 1,740 sq. ft. wood frame & brick veneer residence, and a 1,587 sq. ft. wood frame and brick veneer residence. Additionally, the property includes five manufactured homes totaling approximately 6,300 sq. ft., used as labor housing.
