Ruby Valley, NV 89834(Elko County)

This is the old Bonhe Ranch. It starts just South of the Y where the paved road from Hwy 93 ties into the Paved Ruby Valley highway. The property is made up of 4 different parcels. The home on the 244 acre parcel has had some recent work and could use some more although the bones look good. It has power to it and gets water from a spring. The owner has filed for underground water rights. The ranch as now being offered has 1150 acres with approx. 160 acres of surface water rights on the West side 338 acre parcel and underground irrigtion permits for a 125 acre pivot. The 315 acre on the East side has 185 acres of underground irrigation permits dedicated to it. The 211 acre parcel on the East side the highway has 125 acres of underground water assigned to it. The underground irrigation permits need to be perfected. Existing springs are looking pretty good after this winter but a supplemental irrigation source would be very beneficial. I've seen lots of Mule Deer on the property as well as Pronghorn Antelope. It borders the Humboldt National Forest and it sits at the foot of the Ruby Mountains a popular heli-ski mountain which also has alpine lakes not far from this property.
