This Farm hasn't been worked for a number of years but it has an 250' irrigation well with 50 HP Motor to drive the turbine pump and a set-up for an in-line pump to increase the volumn and pressure. It is a long rectangle so wheel-lines or a linear pivot makes most sense. Good Flat ground. Diamond Valley produces a lot of high quality alfalfa hay.
