Driving Directions: From the red light in Hamlin, drive south 0.6 miles along Hwy 83 S, turn right onto FM 57 for 0.3 miles, then a slight right onto FM 2142 for 9.7 miles, and turn left onto CR 273 for 0.3 miles. The property is 29 miles NE of Sweetwater and 48 miles NW of Abilene.

Topography: The property has a gradual slope but appears flat in most areas. Some nice slight draws in the pastures help funnel groundwater off adjacent properties to surface tanks.
