Order of Auction: Farms #1 and #2 will be offered separately, then together. Farm #3 will be offered separately. Taxes: will be prorated to closing Possession: upon acceptance of the escrow deposit and signing the purchase contract. R.E.S. (Wind Lease): Land sells subject to an existing 3 year lease for wind power which will transfer to the Buyer. Sellers will retain the lease payments of $6.00 per acre for the first year.
