Upper Trail Creek Ranch

Upper Trail Creek Ranch is 722 acres of sportsmans paradise. The ranch has access to the adjacent Bureau of Lands Management Lands which is adjacent to Routt National Forrest and the adjacent Radium State Wildlife Area for hunting, horseback riding, and ATVing. The ranch also has access to the Colorado River in Radium and hundreds of miles of ATV trails.

Trail Creek runs through the property for over 4400 feet and provides ample watering opportunities for wildlife. The wildlife habitat on this property is very diverse from the wide-open sagebrush meadows to the irrigated meadows and up into the dark timber.

The ranch does have 3 CFS of water in the Tyler Ditch out of Trail Creek, Tributary to the Colorado River Priority number 226 Adjudication date 11/10/1913. The ranch has exceptional views down the Trail Creek Valley to the Colorado River Drainage to the east.
