This tract lays on the N side of Hwy 141 two miles west of Bayard. It has 186.77 rented tillable acres and 24.91 acres of pasture on the east side. The main entrance is from the north off 105th. There is an easement access across the RR tracks to access the south field and pasture. The NE portion of the south field had a cover crop after the 2023 crop season. The south and west portions of the south field have been tiled with the records available if requested. The area north of the RR tracks has excellent soils. A portion of this area has been cleared and tiled in the late fall of 2023 and is now in production. There is a steep entrance off Hwy 141 that may be able to be improved to be more useful for farming access.
