Edmonson Dry land
This is a very nice quarter section near Edmonson Texas in Hale County. Excellent access is provided by FM 1424 on the east, CR 30 on the north, and CR 35 on the south boundary. This quarter section is strictly dry land with no water wells on the property. The possibility of a new domestic/livestock well, or small irrigation wells would be very good in this area. There is a crop share lease in place with an excellent Tenant for 2015 and 2016. Soil types include PuA (Pullman clay loam, 0-1% slope) and OtA (Olton clay loam, 0-1% slope).
