Description: This is a nice quarter section located in the northwest quadrant of Hale County Texas. There are 3 irrigation wells that are all equipped with electric submergible pumps. The wells are producing a total of approximately 225 gallons of water per minute.
A pivot sprinkler system applies water to approximately 80 acres. The sprinkler does not make a full circle. The remaining acres consist of a large playa lake bottom on the north and northwest part of the farm. This would make a perfect cattle property with irrigation and a good grazing lake bottom. Bird hunting should also be very good.
