The first parcel totals 22.85+/- acres. Per the Hall County Tax Assessor, this tract is currently comprised of multiple parcels. In January of 2023, a majority of these parcels were surveyed to form one parcel with 605'+/- of frontage on Lake Lanier. This tract can be accessed from Hidden Hill and Dorsey Drive.
