METHOD & TERMS OF SALE
Bidding will be on a price per acre basis, based on 122.07 surveyed acres. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the Seller. At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the Seller and deposit a 10% down payment. This sale will be subject to a 90 day Right of First Refusal for the tenant and therefore the down payment will be deposited in the attorney’s escrow account and held for 90 days to either be applied to the purchase price, or returned to the bidder.
