Subject property is high produce quality dirt. The Soils, 122, 135 & 144, tend to be on the light side, and very conducive for Cantaloupes, Watermelon, De-Hy Onions, Market Onions, Carrots and Sweet Corn. General Field crops like Alfalfa, Wheat and other forage crops will do well in this type of soil profile. There is not a lot of tile on the subject property, and more tile wouldn't hurt the ranch one bit, especially if you intended to water the crops by flood irrigation method.
