The tract is located about one-half (½) mile south of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Access is woods road via Brinkley Road. Site index for loblolly pine averages eighty-seven (87) feet (base age 50) with silt and fine sandy loam soils. Timber consists of ±142 acres of ±1996 pine plantation, ±65 acres of ±2004 unthinned pine plantation and rest of acreage in creeks and small hardwood/pine mix. Tract offers opportunity for great timberland investment and excellent hunting / recreation. Timber Volumes are online. Hunting season has started so wear ORANGE when inspecting property.
