These farms will be offered at auction on November 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. as 2 tracts and sold using the Choice and Privilege auction method.
Tract 1: 84.12 +/- (surveyed acres and sold by surveyed acres). The soil PI is 122.5 and includes a Quonset shed, crib and small outdoor building.
Tract 2: 89.24 +/- (surveyed acres and sold by surveyed acres) The soil PI is 117.1.
