Research Parcel InformationFrom Downtown Boerne meaning the Boerne Library on Main Street head north on Main to N. School & Main, turn R on N. School then go 3/10ths of a mile to FM 1376 (Sisterdale Hwy), then 2.8 miles to Walnut Grove Rd (My favorite route), Turn L on Walnut Grove then 1.6 miles to Comanche Trail, R on Comanche Trail for about 300 ft. Property is on the left.
You can take 1376 all the way to Comanche Trail and probably shave off a couple of minutes but Walnut Grove Rd. is a beautiful old country road with lots of shade trees and cool water crossings.
