This 141.1-acre tract lies 6 miles west of Olton and is divided by US Hwy 70. There are two small tracts that have been sold out of the southeast corner of this quarter but there is a 6.7-acre tract that joins it on the west that goes with it. There is one well with a 6” pump and a Chevy 292 natural gas engine on the north side of the highway that supplies water to a 1978 ¼-mile Valley sprinkler that is nozzled at 400 gpm and covers a half circle. High-pressure plastic line runs across the north side of this quarter. A second well without a pump that is not drilled to red bed is on the south side of the highway and was used to row water from an open ditch. There is a domestic well with a submersible electric motor and pump used for livestock water. This farm is located in one of the better water areas in Lamb County and would be well suited for underground drip irrigation.
