Elm Gap
Great location for this Conservation Reserve Tract, north of Anton Texas on FM 168 just a short drive from Lubbock, Texas. This tract has a small playa lake in the Northeast corner and has a fairly large flat or gap with scattered larger elm trees, some that have potential to hang a tree stand and possibly hunt mule deer. Land is predominantly Amarillo Fine Sandy Loam, which is a good soil for non-irrigated production. The land has 3 old irrigation wells that haven't been pumped since it went into CRP.
