Principle soil type of the cropland is Meno loamy fine sand, Class III. The balance of the land is in native/blackjack timber. Farm #2: 160 +/- acres located 26 miles West of Enid on U.S. 412 (2 miles East of the Cleo Springs Y), then 1 mile North on the blacktop. According to the F.S.A. there are approximately 70.92 acres of cropland. Principle soil types of the cropland are Meno loamy fine sand, Class III; and Eda loamy fine sand, Class III. The balance of the land is in native blackjack timber. There are blacktop roads along the East and South sides and the farm is just a half mile East of Cleo Springs on Texas Street. Improvements include fences, a water well, and a windmill.

General Statements
These good sand farms are located in an area with an abundant population of deer, turkey, quail, and predators. Both have just about the right balance of cropland and timber providing outstanding wildlife habitat, grazing, and shelter for livestock, and excellent rural home sites. Several of the farms that join or are close by are irrigated.
F.S.A. Information: According to the F.S.A. these farms are in an F.S.A. unit which has a 40 acre wheat base and 27 bushels per acre yield.

Taxes: Will be prorated to closing.

Possession: Will be given at closing subject to the agricultural cash lease which expires July 31, 2011. Buyers of each farm will be entitled to receive the cash lease payment due and payable on August 1, 2010 in the amount of $2,300.00 for the 2010-2011 crop years.
