Both tracts have been surveyed. Great producing area of McLean County for both corn and soybeans with the production history to prove it. Auction to be held in Bloomington at the Evergreen FS Headquarters at 402 N Hershey Rd.

Take Interstate 55 to Bloomington, Illinois. Take the Veterans Parkway Exit and go to Empire Street (IL Route 9). Go East and proceed 7.5 miles on IL Route 9 to 2400E Road. Turn left (north) and go 1 mile. Turn left again on 1500N Road and go 1/4 mile. Tract 2 is on the right side of the road and marked with our signs.
To get to Tract 1, go back to 2400E and go an additional mile north to 1600N. Turn left and go 1/2 mile. Tract 1 is on the south side of the road and marked with our signs.
Both tracts were planted to corn in 2014.
