The farm is located 6 miles east of Bloomington, Illinois on Illinois Route 9. The tract is mostly tillable with Class A/B soils with a PI of 131.1. There are no buildings and open tenancy for the 2026 crop year.
The farm will be offered via a timed online only auction with a soft close on November 6th at 1 PM. Bidding will be available at our website or through First Mid Ag Services mobile app beginning October 6th.
The final sale of this property is contingent on the partition of the west 64.39 acres (not for sale) and the east 66.55 acres (for sale) to divide the farm between the current owners. We anticipate this being completed by auction day. Call us with any questions
