Craig, CO is located approximately 30 minutes south of the property and is the closest town where you will find many restaurants, local businesses, and several hardware or grocery stores. Baggs, WY is just 30 minutes north of the property as well. Hayden, CO is just under 1 hour southeast of the property, and is also where Yampa Valley Regional Airport is located, which is the closest source of air travel. Steamboat Springs, CO is nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes southeast of the property which is where you can find several additional recreational opportunities.
