Tract 1 is 56 +/- acres of development land adjacent to the city of Dumas city limits. This tract is flat and undeveloped land that could easily be turned into the next home development in Dumas. Tract 2 is a 51 +/- acres of exceptional development land which sits next to the southern edge of Dumas.
