The tract is described as the W1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 11 and part of SE1/4 of NE1/4 lying east of county road in Section 10, Township 13 South, Range 20 West, Nevada County, Arkansas containing 100 acres, more or less.
Timber stands on the Poison Springs East Tract consist of +/-51 acres of approximate 16 year old pine pulpwood that is ready to be first thinned, and +/- 46 acres of well stocked natural pine regeneration that is approximately 8-10 years old. The timber inventory was conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. in February 2014 using 26, ten factor prism points in the +/-51 acre pine pulpwood stand.
