This charming former carriage house was built for Richard Mortimer, one of the early settlers in Tuxedo Park, and his chauffeur lived on the second floor. It was converted into a proper cottage in the early 1970s and its beautiful native stone and cedar shingle faade look east to the Ramapo Mountains and is framed by a backdrop of forest and massive stone outcroppings. The stone arch portico and hipped roof over the entrance features a headstone dated 1914.

On the second floor, there is a large master suite with sitting area, dressing room and bath, and there are three additional bedrooms, a large laundry room and a second home office.
