Access from County Road 118 that turns into a woods road from the east. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-two (82) feet on fine sandy loam soils. Timber consists of 40 acres of native pine and hardwood.

Based on inventory of merchantable timber on 40 acres conducted by Kingwood Forestry in May, 2021, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:
