The soils are 100% silty clay soils from the alligator and dowling series. These soils are best suited for raising rice and soybeans which are the crops rotated on the farm. Rice and soybeans have been the crop rotation for many years.

The are no building improvements. There is an airstrip on the property that is leased to a friend for a nominal amount. The air service would like to negotiate a lease to keep leasing the strip.

Lease
