The lighting is solar powered to give off a nice ambiance during the night was enjoying family and friends around the fire pit. The shop is a 24x27 metal shop with an 8ft x 20ft insulated garage door. It has a full bathroom inside the shop and washer and dryer connections It has a 10x10 room office built inside the shop. There is an RV hook-up with water on the outside of the shop. There is a water cut-off valve to turn the water off to the shop by the water meter to protect the plumbing during freezing temperatures. The Patio/ bar area off the shop is a 12x24 covered area and finished with a grey stained lapboard to give it a finished look and separate it from the shop area. There are electrical plugs and lighting in the patio area for 3 TVs and stereo. The setup can be left in place if desired. The road frontage Fence is a 4x4 post, and the top rail is heavy-duty 1/4 inch and has no climb 4x4 wire fencing. Every other post has solar lights to light up the fence line at night. The side pipe fence is 2 3/8 inch steel pipes with 2x4 no-climb fencing. There are also solar lighting every 30 feet along the fence to light up the fence line at night, The backside of the property has its own gate to gain access to it easily by vehicle and is large enough to build another house or shop on the property. Future plans were to make a 100x 100 shop on the property's backside and fit perfectly with the still area left over for a nice yard. There is also room to add an additional shop/ house by the fire pit area.
