At present there is a domestic well equipped with a submersible electric motor, pump and control panel furnishing water for the residence and the east set of pens. Tied into the water system at the headquarters but currently being used separately to water the remaining pens are two submersible electric motors and pumps installed in two of the former irrigation wells. These wells are connected to a large storage tank with a water level control switch and a pressure tank which supplies water to the feed pens.
There are two remaining irrigation wells (one without a pump and one with a turbine pump and gearhead). The condition of these wells and the turbine pump and gearhead is unknown. At buyers discretion buyer may consider the viability of the irrigation potential of the property, drilling additional wells and installing center pivot sprinklers.
The west set of pens have approximately 2,100 feet of feed apron with approximately 1,120 lock-ups, shades and wind-breaks. There is a 26 X 76 milking barn, barns previously used for maternity and hospital, calf shed (10 X 120) with dry-lot pens, a 30 X 100 5 bay commodity barn (2 bays currently covered) and back-to-back mineral and hay barn (steel poles-20 X 100). There is a lagoon waste water system on the property.
The property has a nicely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath brick home with a double car garage, basement, fireplace, metal roof, central heat and air conditioning and new septic system. The brick home is currently occupied by the owner. There is also a 2 bedroom, 1 bath stucco home that could possibly be renovated at buyers discretion.
