These six quarters are 99% plus prime farmland with soils mostly Olton clay, loam with 0-1% slope. The half section of CRP and dryland 2.25 miles north of home section is 93% Olton clay, loam soils and would make a good irrigated farm.
All the wells on the farm are powered by electricity. Three of the wells have vertical hollow-shaft electric motors powering turbine pumps and six are electric submersible pumps. The center pivot sprinkler systems are quarter-mile pivots with 60 spacing (one with wide spacing and wobblers) and mostly small tires.
