Tract 1: Tract 1 includes 160 acres of prime irrigated farmland just east of Bovina Texas. This tract is located mile north, then mile west of SD Dairy. There are 2 irrigation wells that are producing a total of approximately 400-450 gallons of water per minute. The wells are equipped with one 50 horsepower and one 30 horsepower electric submergible motors/pumps. A 1995 Zimmatic sprinkler system is included. The sprinkler has an Aims panel, 11.2 x 24.5 tires, and appears to be in good condition. The sprinkler is nozzled for 400 gpm with 30 psi pressure. This land is mostly level with strong producing soils. It has already been plowed and ready for a new crop. High pressure 8 plastic tile connects the wells and delivers water to the pivot.
