Pike County Farm Auction

The farm consists of 317.02 acres located 5 miles Northwest of Pittsfield, Illinois in southwest central Illinois. Bordered by the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers, Pike County offers excellent agricultural and recreational uses. This area is home to Trophy Whitetail Deer, and this farm is about half tillable with 161 acres planted in 2015. The balance is in bottomland and hill timber, along with some pasture. State highway 106, and an east branch of Kizer Creek dissect the property. The farm has an older farmstead in poor condition. The Buyer will have an open 2016 crop lease. The current hunting lease will expire in early 2016.
