Located in White River Valley, 14 miles east of Meeker, CO off of paved County Road 8, with both the White River National Forest and Flattops Mountain Wilderness area nearby. You can reach the property by Meekers local airport offering a 6500 runway. The property is about 15 minutes outside the town of Meeker, with all town amenities offered. Access to the Heart of the White is via Routt County Road 8, which is located 42 miles north of Interstate 70. Commercial air service is found at Grand Junction or Eagle airports, both located about 2 hours from the property.
