The outdoor activities in the area are endless and include a championship 18 hole golf course; gold medal fly fishing waters of the Rio Grande River as well as numerous lakes; world class powder skiing at Wolf Creek Ski area which routinely boasts the most snow in the state; miles and miles of ATV trails, hiking trails and mountain biking trails; trophy class big game hunting; as well as hiking and enjoying the thousands of acres of public lands. One unit has no kitchen but offers a microwave and refrigerator. There is also a workshop and storage facility. Seven units are designated as pet friendly and some are pet free to assist with people who may have allergies. There appears to be room for expansion if desired. The entire area is and has been immaculately cared for! In addition to the upscale lodging facilities there is a centrally located hot tub/spa in a redwood gazebo and a new 8 by 16 swim spa installed in summer of 2015. The property has full time on premises managers, a general manager, and is staffed 24 hours a day. Grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and sports stores are all within walking distance. Room sales only exceed $300,000. Basic financials will be made available to qualified buyers. Detailed financials are available to prequalified buyers with a bank letter of credit or prequalification equivalent and a signed confidentiality agreement which can be obtained from the listing broker.
