The cabin that everyone admires. This is the cabin that marks the beginning of the forest service trail that goes into Trout Creek and Sentinel Mountain. Originally homesteaded and built in 1951, this cabin has since been restored but is a very vintage cabin. The water source is a legally leased spring from the forest service. There is a living room, darling kitchen, bedroom and 3/4 bathroom. There is also a bonus room being used as a second bedroom in the back of the cabin. The original homestead cabin has seen better days but could be repaired and rebuilt. There is also a storage shed on the property. The cabin is bordered on three sides by the forest service and one side by the railroad right of way. This is a darling fixer upper. Not in a subdivision so could be short term rented. Act quickly!
