Location
The small town of Hayden is located under10 minutes north of the ranch. Craig is approximately 30 minutes northwest of the property and provides many grocery stores, hardware stores, and restaurants. Steamboat Springs is located roughly 40 minutes northeast of the ranch and offers world class skiing, fine dining and lodging. For commercial air travel, Yampa Valley Regional Airport is conveniently located just outside of Hayden towards Steamboat, making the commute less than 20 minutes from the ranch.
