Most of this ranch is gently sloping and rolling, but a hill protrudes into the northwest corner of the property offering a nice view of the surrounding countryside. Much of the ranch has had the brush removed in the past, which has allowed for excellent native grass cover with very good nutritional value for livestock. There is enough brush and tree cover to provide good habitat for the deer, turkey, dove, quail and other game and wildlife, which in return makes for good hunting.
Water is provided from stock tanks (ponds) and a “wet-weather” creek that crosses the NE corner of the property. County rural water is also available at the roads that border the ranch on 2 sides.

This is a very good multi-use ranch offering everything including raising livestock, planting a crop, playing on an ATV and hunting. It is private yet convenient to drive to. If you prefer not to operate it as a ranch, there is already a grazing lease that could be continued.
Don’t miss out on the next hunting season because you don’t have a place to go. This could be the one for you!
At the intersection of CR 216 & CR 220 about 8 miles NW of San Saba in San Saba County.
