The static level of water is 100 feet below the surface. This area is known to have very good underground water and additional wells could be drilled.

This ranch is located in a very scenic area of San Saba County, just about 7 miles north of Cherokee and about 23 miles north of Llano. Hwy 16 is a one of the most scenic highways in the state as part of the "Bluebonnet Trail" and frontage provides excellent access to this ranch.
