This incredible Hill Country Ranch has it all! It is located about ½ mile beyond the end of a gravel county maintained road on a deeded easement, giving it just the right amount of privacy and seclusion. The Colorado River runs along the entire eastern border of the ranch for almost a half-mile. The ranch is covered with a combination of oaks, elms, mesquite, juniper, persimmon and many other varieties of trees & brush that provide ideal habitat for the wildlife which includes Whitetail deer, wild turkeys, feral hogs, quail & dove.

The terrain is hilly with distant views from many locations on the ranch. Massive limestone cliffs tower above the Colorado River. Near the southeast corner of the ranch there is road access to the lower bank where you can drive along the base of the rock towering bluffs. At one area a small spring flows from the rock wall and has created a beautiful formation from the mineral deposits. It then runs on down to the river. Words can’t really describe the incredible scenery in this part of the ranch.
A small two-story cabin is located near the west end of the ranch and offers a comfortable place to relax. It has about 800 sq ft. of total living area, which includes a bathroom & family room/kitchen on the lower floor and a sleeping loft on the second level. Many of the furnishings will remain with the cabin. A water well supplies water for the house and for livestock consumption. There is a storage shed and small dirt tank located near the cabin. A good set of metal livestock pens is located nearby at the edge of a 15-acre field. The field provides a place to plant hay or a winter food plot for the livestock and wildlife. Electrical service is at the cabin and at the top of the rock bluffs where another cabin or home could be constructed overlooking the river below.
Much more can be said about this beautiful ranch, but seeing it is best, so give us a call or email to schedule a time to take a personal tour.
