Myrtle Head Farm! Located south of Center, Texas, this 4 house broiler farm is currently under contract with Tyson-Carthage complex. They raise approximately 7 flocks of chickens for an average of 5 week per flock. These houses are 36x450 ft. in size and were originally built in 1990. Improvements to the houses include new roofs in 2002, new drinkers in 2017, insulated walls in 2018, and new quad heaters installed in 2017 and 2018. This farm includes 2 water well, 10,000 gallon water storage tank, community water, natural gas, litter barn, generator with automatic transfer switch, and a mobile home for labor.
