Portions of the property are subject to wetland and grassland easements. The buyer agrees to comply with all easement requirements and hold seller harmless. Parcels 1, 2, 3 & 4 may be subject to an ingress and egress easement on the established gravel driveway for the benefit of the buyers of parcels 5 8. Access to parcels 5 & 8 if purchased separate from adjoining parcels are on the section line and may need to be improved.
