Property Note: The property has recently been bore tested by Midwest Testing Laboratory, Inc. and subsequent collected samples were tested by Midwest Testing Labs to determine quality and quantity of the aggregate, sand & gravel. Estimated reserves are at 11,000,000 tons and the overburden depth ranges from 7 to 20 with an average overburden of sand at 12. The estimated reserves took into account the required setbacks from property lines and electrical transmission towers and lower voltage lines on the property. The property has known gravel reserves located above the water table and the gravel depth above water ranges from approximately 1 to 45 with an average of 25 of gravel under the overburden of sand.
