Royal Springs Park is a 5 acre County park located in the Suwannee Belle Estates, near OBrien, FL. The large spring is popular spot for swimmers and divers. There are four overlook decks located around the spring and rivers edge as well as many picnic tables and open grassy areas to play. The park also features a very nice one lane, concrete boat ramp. There are also portable restrooms available at this park.

At Philadelphia Estates you will find two 5 Acre Estates located side by side at the end of a cul-de-sac. The properties are located on a dirt road and less than half of a mile from the nearest paved road. Electricity and fiber internet is available to the front of the properties. The lots have many cleared spaces with giant oaks and hardwood trees scattered throughout the property providing an abundance of shade. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted.

There is a well on Estate 2, but we do not know its condition.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Suwannee County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
