There is a good domestic well on the north part, next to the older house and barns, that appears to be in good working condition. A water line is plumbed into the center and bottom of a galvanized water tank for cattle/livestock. Electricity is located on the north side to the domestic well. There is a small set of pipe corrals on the north. The west boundary has a good barbed wire fence, and the other boundaries do not have a permanent fence. With the exception of only 5 acres in the northwest corner, all of this land could be broken out and farmed. There are 260.1 acres classified as Pullman clay loam with 0-1% slopes, which is the most desirable soil type for raising typical crops in this area. The other soil types are good as well. This could be kept as a combination place, or it could all be farmland, or it could all be planted to grass.
