Tucker Hollow Cove at Timber Shoals Ranch is a very special group of only 7 tracts, located at Bull Shoals Lake. Located at the southwest side of Timber Shoals Ranch, the tracts at Tucker Hollow Cove have direct frontage on the Core Of Engineers Land and are located directly across the lake from Tucker Hollow Marina.
We called the Tucker Hollow Marina the other day to see about renting a boat. We were told that the marina was sold in 2017 and that it would be reopened under new ownership (but as of early 2019 it has not been reopened).

These rare tracts are heavily wooded and all of them feature access to the gorgeous shoreline of Bull Shoals Lake. Within just a few hundreds yards to the south of these tracts you will find a large area of lakefront land which we have used for putting a boat and jet-skis into the lake. Each tract borders hundreds of acres of Core Of Engineers Land which can be used for additional hunting, recreation and lake access!
The shoreline of the lake is just west of the Tucker Hollow Cove tracts AND if you continue going south on the easement road for just a few hundred yards there is at least one access point on the south end of the large peninsula (which encompasses Timber Shoals Ranch) with frontage that gently rolls right to the waters edge for easy, natural access for your boat or jet skis. This stunning property provides outstanding whitetail deer hunting, turkey hunting and world class fishing! This tract may be well-suited to an upscale homesite, a private and secluded cabin or just a place to come to camp and hunt for a few weeks out of the year. These tracts, like all of the tracts at Tucker Hollow Cove in Timber Shoals Ranch, have a few simple Property Covenants in place to protect your investment
To get to the property from Branson you can go east on Highway 76 until you come to Highway 160. Then go east on Highway 160 to Highway M and go south (right). Now follow Highway M all the way down to MO/ARK Road and stay on MOARK Road until it ends. Now take a left at the end of MOARK Road onto the gravel and then proceed south (right) on the gravel easement roads to the property. Look for the sign in the trees which says "Tract 56".
