Primary Class A soils include Sable Silty Clay Loam, Ipava Silt Loam and Osco Silt Loam. Average Soil Productive Indexes are 135.5 and 141.7. Tract 2 had pattern tiling installed in December 2011.

Research Parcel InformationFrom Peoria, Illinois, take US Route 24 east through Washington. Two miles east of Washington you will cross Dee-Mack Road (County Hwy 6). Turn right (south) and go 6.5 miles to the farm which is located on the left (east) side of the road.
From Bloomington, Illinois, take Interstate 74 west approximately 13 miles to Exit 112 at Goodfield. Go Right to the stop light at US Route 150 (this is the location of the auction at Goodfield State Bank). Take US Route 150 west (left) and go to the Village of Deer Creek. If you follow US 150 (by going left) you can proceed for 1.5 miles until you cross Dee-Mack Road (County Hwy 6). Take a right and proceed to the overpass of I-74. Tract 2 starts on the right side of the road once you are on the north side of the overpass. Or, you can proceed through Deer Creek and exit on the west side of town. Tract 1 is along the south side of 3rd Street/Harding Rd. as you go west out of town and marked with our signs.
